Bei folgendem Anbieter geht das sehr einfach und ohne Registrierung:

Bei "resize image?" gibt man am besten
"320 x 240 (for websites and email)" oder
"640 x 480 (for message boards)" an.
Dann wird das Bild hochgeladen.
Nach der Verarbeitung sieht man ein neues Fenster.
Dort kopiert man den Code aus der Zeile "Forum" und fügt ihn im Forum ein.
